After successfully navigating the radio broadcasting landscape for four years, Mr. Nelson recognized a prime opportunity to exit this investment. He strategically leveraged the proceeds from the sale to diversify his portfolio, venturing into multiple sectors, including real estate, media, banking, oil and gas, and healthcare. In banking, Mr. Nelson served as Vice Chairman of a regional bank that he co-founded in 2004. His ability to identify opportunities and execute investments has led him to transact in excess of $600 million across more than 100 investments throughout his career.
